An industrial work chair with curved wooden seat and back, metal legs in the original blue paint, and a maker’s transfer to the back. Made by the Toledo Metal Furniture Company, Ohio, established in 1898. The chair retains all four feet pads and has lovely patination to both the steel and plywood, with just light wear consistent with age. It has been gently waxed to preserve the original feel. The seat height is 45cm.
