A really lovely example of a bentwood beech coat stand, which is a little earlier than most. The rotating and removable crown has six hooks, and obviously the bentwood rail to the lower section would support walking sticks or umbrellas. Excellent vintage condition, with just the lightest of wear consistent with age, and ready to adorn any hallway or bar. A timeless design that sits perfectly in either period or contemporary settings. The diameter of the crown is 46cm, dimensions below are for the base.
