French glass towel rail

Beautiful French towel rail, with two rotatable glass arms, supported on a decorative nickel-plated hinge, and with elegant end caps. Light wear and patination to the nickel consistent with age, but no knocks or chips to the glass. If a more elegant way of drying your face-cloth or tea towel has been made in last 100 years, I am yet to find it!
