French leather armchair

Handsome French leather armchair, with studding to the perimeters, and a new feather cushion that has been upholstered in original 1920s velvet in a beautiful rust colour that compliments the leather perfectly. Good colour and patination to the leather, consistent with age, with just a few minor losses to the rear of the top rail that barely register. My upholsterer has re-seated the chair, and there is a new cover below the cushion, so it’s had a full service!  A nice early example, and a sensible and fairly compact size. Seat height is approximately 38cm
