French oak notary’s cabinet

Handsome French oak notaire’s cabinet, with two panelled doors that are divided into 10 sections, each with a recessed card-plate holder. The original interior has been replaced at some point with some simple full-width shelves, so a useful storage piece that might work well in a kitchen as well as an office. The majority of the interior shelves are H: 30cm x W: 93cm x D: 29.5cm. The original lock is present, and currently with my locksmith. Good vintage condition, with light wear consistent with age. The dimensions given below are for the cornice – the depth excluding this is 35cm.
