Oak Notaire’s Cabinet

Handsome French oak notaire’s cabinet, with nine tambour-front doors, all with original card-plates. The wooden hinged bar to the right hand side has the original working lock and key, enabling all doors to be locked closed with just the one key. A striking design, with a very small footprint, and attractive panelled sides. Lovely colour and condition, with all tambours rolling up nicely, and clean interiors. A rare find, that was obviously an office piece originally, but equally useful in a home/studio/retail setting. The internal measurements of each section are H: 14cm x W: 40cm x D: 36cm
